First off Tia is absolutely amazing, explained and helped me stay calm right off the bat. I called panicked because our kitchen sink had a leak and she was able to get a technician out the next morning who was the absolute best! Ceaser walked me through everything and went above and beyond to fix our kitchen! This is the only plumbing company I will use from here on our because of their hard work, great customer service and honest prices.

I needed my Rinnai tankless water heater replaced with a new model due to it going out and being out of warranty for parts. I called a few places to get quotes on fixing and replacement of the same one. All quotes came in from 2700 to 5700 hundred. So I decided as a last quote this being my 6th one to call Water Works. They came in under the quotes to replace the one I bought I was very surprised so I decided to go with them. Ceasar showed up looked at it asked a few questions said he had to get a few parts took a hour or so and came back and installed it and did a very good job. Had on hiccup the kitchen sink got sonlmething stuck or the valve was bad he came back 3 hours later to fix it. Tia the manager was so awesome too she helped with this issue too. Thank to this company I felt like we didn't get screwed. I would recommend them try them out.

Tia was very professional and quick to respond, she explained the process and had her techs out to our house as soon as possible, we had to go to a wedding that day but had a leak in the house, They addressed the problem right away and gave us an affordable price, it was reassuring to know we could enjoy our evening without having to worry about an issue at home. I will be calling them for any future plumbing issues

We had a problem with our shower not draining properly. We originally called out another company who made things worse. Spoke to Tia and she dispatched Robert the next day. He was clean, knowledgeable, professional and had the problem fixed in 2 hours. I highly recommend this company and will definitely call on their services again in the future. Thank You.

We had a major problem in master bathroom with toilet and shower both backing up at same time. Tia at Waterworks Plumbers was able to get Robert out same day to fix the problem for us.
